Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the booking date will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 48 hours, a 50% refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you booked a non-refundable room, cancellations or modifications will not be refunded.
Early Checkout Policy
Early checkouts may incur charges equivalent to the total booking amount. Please contact support for details.
Refund Process
All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
