Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all standard, short-term bookings. Please review the timelines carefully to understand refund eligibility.

• Full refund: Cancel at least 5 full days before the local check-in time.
• Partial refund: If you cancel less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable, but you will receive a 50% refund for the remaining nights.
• No refund is provided if the cancellation occurs after the check-in time.

Bookings of 28 nights or more are subject to a different policy due to the longer commitment.

• To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 full days before the local check-in time.
• If you cancel after that, the first 30 nights are non-refundable.

If you do not arrive for your booking and fail to cancel, it is considered a 'no-show'.

• In the event of a no-show, the entire booking amount is non-refundable.

Some hosts may apply stricter or more flexible policies. The host's policy will always be clearly displayed on the listing page before you book.

• Always review the policy on the specific property page before confirming your reservation.
• The host's policy supersedes the standard StayFlock policy if specified.

Changes to your booking, such as dates or the number of guests, may be possible depending on host approval and availability. Any modification is subject to the cancellation policy based on the original booking terms.

Once a cancellation is confirmed and a refund is due, we will process it immediately. However, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method.

• Credit Cards: Typically 5-10 business days.
• Other payment methods: Up to 15 business days.
